Meet Kevin, Laura, Rowan, And Virginia - the heart and soul of Bijou Fine Chocolate. Between the four of them, they manage to get everything done!

KEVIN TOOHEY

Kevin is Master Chocolatier and Co-Founder of Bijou Fine Chocolate. Kevin is responsible for the science behind the chocolate creation, using his decades of knowledge, understanding, and expertise to formulate the best possible ganache imaginable

LAURA TOOHEY

Laura is the Head Chocolatier and master of the ganache (or truffle). Having trained with her husband, Kevin Toohey, Laura is responsible for the production of all of the exquisite chocolate creations. Laura is also responsible for the beautiful packaging that all of the chocolates are presented in.

ROWAN TOOHEY

Rowan is Co-Founder and General Manager of Bijou. He is responsible for overseeing retail operations, as well as running Bijou's flagship store in Shelburne, Vermont. Rowan, along with his family, are the creative masterminds behind Bijou.

VIRGINIA TOOHEY

Virginia is Kevin and Laura's daughter, and assistant chocolatier, and the fourth member who glues the entire operation together!. She is responsible for helping with all things production related, including our famous chocolate covered almonds. She also helps with product design, and supports Rowan in the retail store.
